With the name Georgia, a “Sweet as a Georgia Peach” theme party seemed inevitable for the birthday girl’s first celebration. We wanted to create a whimsical peach wonderland that was amusing for children, but also enjoyable for adults. The Robertson Art Space backyard was transformed using peach and blush colored paper goods, floral arrangements, giant balloons, and pendant banners. Dessert catering enhanced the theme with cute peach-shaped cookies, mini peach pies, a beautiful peach watercolor cake, and pretty peach and white scalloped smash cake. In addition to being served a variety of savory sliders, the adults were treated to rosé and peach cocktails, while the kids had fun listening to a popular children’s musician.
